Hello Sweetie! Ok first of all do you know anything about me other than what i just wrote you are you a guru. Have you even stated your K experience or are you just a super knowledgable person with all the answers to society and life. I see you come on this list and treat us all like we are some kind of jokes. I have struggled with my experiences for a long time I do not do any type of yoga I did not ask for this to be brought on, but it did. What does all the happy little terms you talk of mean to me nothing at all I could care less becuase this is life it isnt a dictionary and I am not here to teach I am merely here to live my life and talk to others with similar experiences. I do not know you, you do not know me that is fine I do not feel the need to sit here and tell you about my experiences. Anyway enjoy life. And yes I know you are not trying to be rude you have stated that many times the last couple of days. Well Im not trying to be rude either :) I guess I should have gotten my degree after all so that I could get my wording right though. And on your comments to having teachers I think my spirit is the best teacher and guide I could have. Some of us have not the resources to go out and get a fancy little teacher like you may have gotten. I have a very small income with two kids it is enough for me and my hubby to worry about our bills.

Ok - it is just a wording for you....but don't you understand that the way
you word things is important?
What I believe you are experiencing are blocked or clogged chakras.
Blocking the energy path in your body. This is not Kundalini.
But I love you and I want you to know that if you need me I'll be here for
you.
