    Goddess told me tobacco does not hurt me, and this has been confirmed
by other healers. I'm am probably going to quit soon anyhow because I am
getting bored of it... but tobacco effects seratonin levels, thus it has a
rich history of spiritual use in North and South America. The South
American word for Shaman means "Tobacco user".
