Hillary, I'd like to hear others' experiences. It's so weird when it happens
and sometimes I wake up from it feeling blissful and sometimes just wrung out
and exhausted. I have wondered sometimes whether there is some description
of this in some known neurological disease, some western medicine explanation
of it, but I haven't found anything like it described anywhere. Even when I
look up western medicine descriptions of and explanations for hypnagogic
states or even OBEs I have yet to come across a description of this thing I
experience that I could point to and say "Oh, yes, this happens, here's what
it is, and why." When it's happening I know that it's K, and that I do not
control it. I have to say, though, I wonder why. Why me? Is this all
because I've been good? Or I need to be better? Or I've lived ten thousand
lives and only have ten thousand more to go? (Please, not ten thousand
more.) Am I anywhere close to graduating? And is it true, as it feels it
may be, that the lives get harder the closer you get to graduation?

Coming off a couple of days of migraine and work stress, feeling fatigued and
a bit whiney and sorry for myself this evening. Sorry. Thanks for
listening.
