 At some point
 after starting
yoga I started getting vibrational sensations at the
 back of my head
 between my ears.

that is where i feel my vibrations mostly as well - i have never felt them
in my spine really. in some occurances, i will feel them everywhere -
usually in heightened emotional states. i have never felt pain at all from K
- but i think everyone's experience with K will be different with eveyone as
we are all unique. occasionally i have experienced warnings from K,
definitely not the usual psychic experience that you hear about but
definitely must fall under that category.

 Though I was in the
same location as my body, I was detached. This was
 something I have
never experienced before. It seemed that the "energy"
 was increasing
and decreasing and I was sort of controlling this.
 Although I was
excited, I was also fearful of having an out-of-body
 experience,
something I don't want to experiment with.

that has been something i have always wanted to experiment with - OBEs.
someday you will be so you shouldn't be so fearfull of it, really. i would
love to be able to do that, i have had some experiences where i though i was
getting close but got a little scared. the best way to have an OBE is to
just have one spontaniously (for the first time that is). a good analogy
would be if you go swimming and the pool is a little cold, you might dip
your toe into the water, maybe even go in waist high, but you will be too
reluctant to go into the pool if you go in too slowly. on the other hand, if
you go to the deep end and just dive in, once you jump you can't change your
mind. and once you enter the pool, your body adjusts a lot quiker to the new
environment and it is easier to take. that is why spontanious OBEs are
probably the best way to go - in a sense you just dive in.

 My
hands were trembling a bit and I started crying from
 the magnificance
 of what happened.

it is definitely a life changing experience. things will never really be the
same once you go through this.

 Even f
nothing else occurs, I am very thankful to have
 experienced that
separation. We really are more than our bodies :)

yep - that we are. it's really amazing. makes you look at reality in a whole
new light.
