Hi all!

My K process is in its twelfth year now and the symptoms are
changing. The "jerking", spasmodic movements began in my feet, the
trigger is in my hara, but the spasms now jerk through my arms and
shoulders creating a cracking in my bones. Also I am aware more and
more of energy like crawling and tingling all over my scalp. I am
hoping this means the k is moving upwards and is a good sign. I keep
remembering that as a child I vividly saw snakes under my bed every
night which terrified me. This year Ibelieve is the year of the
snake in chinese astrology! I think possibly the snakes were
protecting me but also letting me know I was destined to fufill a k
process or possibly it had already begun! I work as a healer.

Anyone have any thoughts-similar experiences?

Love to hear them. Thanks and love. Ax
