Hello Ana ..

It is good you are seeing a homeopath - I do trust he knows
something of the side effects of Kundalini ..

The juice and water will help get rid of some of the toxins - and
your intuition is correct about the honey - you could add a little
to the juice and water and sip it as well.

During some stages, it is impossible for the body to digest much
food as it tries to get rid of all of the past- and it only needs a
little support to go through the process.

Now - before I give you any more, I have to write this :

the therapeutic field for some time.

Having said that, what I have told a number of people (including
those on my own list who have been through similar ..

If you can get a liquid multivitamin mineral extract - disregard
the instructions and take a few drops added to your juice and
water.

It is important to take a little - and often, rather than you try
and feed yourself as you may have been used to in the past. The
body cannot take it.

Now, I don't know whether you can get bananas, but if you can, the
high level of readily absorbable potassium in them will strengthen
your nervous system ..

and if you can get a natural bread that is high in both bran and
carbohydrate, this will get you blood sugar levels more stabilised.
Nuts would also help ..

Again, a little often ..

Psyllium husks (from a health food store) taken as directed will
assist in sucking a lot of the toxins from the colon and the bowel
- but, your homeopath should be best followed here.

Now - to balance you out .. you can try this exercise out every
couple of hours for about 10 minutes each time. I will warn you
that people can experience very high levels of sexual awareness or
energy - even orgasmic during this sort of release .. and that's OK
- it is only "K" moving through the organs that relate to your
relationship with other people and life itself.

There is a muscle joining the two halves of the pelvic floor
between the genital area and the anus. Place the fingers of one
hand on this muscle and the fingers of the other hand on the very
top of your head - hold for about 5 minutes and then reverse hand
positions ..

This should help balance you out a little ..
