    Your third eye looks like a golden yellow donut, sometimes with a star
in the center. Like the iris of an eye. I sometimes see mine with my
physical eyes open, projected on a wall or whatever is in my field of
vision. Altered states. Sometimes my whole world becomes golden, as if lit
by a Hawaiian sunset.

    It used to be a very clear donut that fit neatly in my forehead... but
the first change I noticed, after getting an etheric body repair was that
it had changed. I got a glance of it projected outward, and it was a field
of gold. I closed my eyes to take a better look, and discovered it has
become so large that what I am seeing is the bottom of the donut, filling
my physical view. The black center begins at my hairline now. Right at the
widow's peak.
    That is how it looked, when I was a small child. I used to watch it,
doing the exercise Jason described, as a game to fall asleep in my crib. I
do not know where I got the idea to do that, it was instinctive. Ever since
I was a child, I have felt I am one of those reincarnated Lamas that never
got found.... ;) The thought always makes me crack up laughing... which for
me is a sign of truth.
