Hi E-B

In kriya yoga, we are taught that the pulsing eye-like circle you see is a
manifestation of divine love. We learn to strengthen the circle in intensity
and color. If you work very hard at it, you may see a beautiful bright white
star in the center of it. As you look, try to step through the circle and
touch the star. This supposed to put you in touch with unconditional love.
