Hi!

I've had the pulsing eye experience as well, but never even paid any attention to it, or wondered what it was. Just obseved it without attaching any importance to it. Mine pulses in time with my heart beat and is indigo with a golden green donut surrounding it on a field of indigo. Just thought of it today when I saw it, so thought I would contribute. The excercise Jason B. mentioned: stepping through the eye, is quite interesting and energizing you might want to try that.
