Hello to All,

I'm new here, I wrote out a long and obnoxious introduction without
posting it, and it felt good. Not that I don't want any of you to
get to know me, but I'm really not such a very nice person at all. ;P

Does anyone on this board have an affinity with spider symbolism? I
seem to be rendered into something of a spider. I haven't bothered
to see the new movie Spiderman. I'm talking more about the
distinction to be drawn (which Western literature seems to have more
or less missed) between Tantalus and tarantula. Cf. Penguin
Dictionary of Symbols.

Am looking forward to this board's being more helpful to me, both
because of my receptivity at this time and because I'm sure it's
better than other Kundalini boards I've frequented in the past. It's
very difficult for "snake" people to get together and make sense,
I've noticed.
