Thanks to you all for sharing your experiences and for warm welcome.
You sound like a great bunch! It is such a relief not to be offered
quick fixes as my friends who cannott understand the k process are
wont to do. I found your replies trully helpful. I think learning
to manage these powerful energies is a challeng indeed and I totally
relate to stormymouseATnospams wishing some days to be able just to relax!

I wrote this poem [tongue in cheek] Hope you like it…….

ODE TO MY KUNDALINI

Oh strange unearthly thing!
Did I let you in?
You entered my being
With no sign of fleeing!

Guess IATnospamm stuck with you now.
Gotta live with you somehow,
Friend or foe?
I really donATnospamt know.

But you drive me insane!
With constant pain,
I shudder and panic-
Feel desparately manic!
Why do you bug me?
Why canATnospamt you hug me?

What do you want?
You insatiable giant?
Can we please make a truce?
You intolerable Noose!

Can you promise some peace
And sign on the lease….

So that I am free to run-to greet the sun,
Happy to have known you-
But ecstatic to have outgrown you.

Will talk again soon. Love Ax
If I give you your reign,
Accept all this pain
