  Hi Rich. I really enjoyed your post, especially when you shared the dialogue.

   I remember being in that '0' zone for some days once and asking my teacher about it. He said that sometimes it's good to rest. I was witnessing, but witnessing myself doing nothing. I agree that after riding the whirl wind for a while it's a strange, unusual experience.
