Depression often accompanies K awakenings and activity. I was in an nearly
constant state of depression for almost 16 years after my first. Your old
world is being destroyed and a new one is being born. This is why you feel
depressed. Sometimes its really scary. It's made me suicidal at times too.
Just hold on in those cases. Ride the waves even if your sure your going to
drown. Fear can make you do things that you would never consider in a normal
state of consiousness. Carefully consider the decisions you make under the
influence of fear. Then wait at least 24 hours before acting and then
reconsider. Then when you have the full light of day to make a decision,
things become much clearer. I wish to heaven that I had access to a forum
like this when I was waking up. I don't think I would have been depressed
nearly as long.

The best strategy is to accept whatever comes as being for your highest good.
 Look at the cause of the fear of depression. Then pause to consider the
idea that this is K telling you it's time to let go of this concept because
it no longer serves you. You may be amazed at how quickly the negative
emotions will pass when you accept them.
