Hi Kenneth,
   May I ask you a question? I am curious, when you say you raised K to the
solar plexus did you feel it pushing around, in your solar plexus, for 15
years? What I mean, is, did you feel it constantly, every second of every
day,.. like a sensation, pushing on your bones, whether meditating or not?

Is the constant pushing/churning feeling in my bones considered Kriyas?
