Hello! I had a really unusual experience last night and am wondering if anyone else has had this happen I had the achiest shoulders not uncommone they are tense alot and I put a heating pad on them which I have never done before everything was feeling pretty good for a while but then I started to feel very sick to my stomache and my inside (spirit) started really swaying I thought I was going to go OOB for a bit and I knew I had to go lay down it was so bad so I layed down and it was as though my whole body inside was shifting and I think something finally released I felt hot all over and I have never felt a release quite like it I am only guessing it was even a release it was just too weird I felt the K in my lower back and my mouth got really dry and I had hot air comeing from my mouth it was just flowing out. Anyway I am a little afraid to ever use a heat pack again does this sound like a release and does it sound good or bad lol it sure was weird made me nervous wasnt panicking but was pretty uneasy by it.
