Basic biochemistry renders the above statment utterly false.
When you drink H2O it mixes in your stomach with whatever
is in your stomach. The water then absorbs into your body
through the walls of the intestines. It's quite impossible
that it can leach minerals out.

Point blank, tap water is *contaminated*. Don't drink
it if you don't have to.

Water is arguably the most important nutrient in your
body. Get in pure.
