is very good for me, so I thank you. Lillian

you describe. During the day I frequently experience spontaneous cramps in
my hands, feet, or along the sides of my abdomen. My hands and feet will be
pulled into different positions before the cramps release. Afterwards, I
feel intense warmth in the palms and finger tips, as well as the balls of my
feet. If I do grounding exercises immediately afterward, (especially after
the foot and leg cramps), I end up feeling extremely rooted... it's very
pleasant... I can also produce a little energy "flush" that feels just a bit
orgasmic after one of these episodes... anyway, I've been checked for
everything from electrolyte imbalances to intermittent claudication...
nothing turned up. I have been told that these sorts of things can be/are
very definitely K related, so now I wince patiently through the
uncomfortable parts, and then enjoy the pleasant after glow! BTW there are
others on the list who would be able to provide the more technical terms for
some of this stuff, (i.e. kriyas, etc.).

had in my legs here the last couple of weeks. I am not entirely positive my
K is totally active, and what I'm experiencing could also be the side effect
of some medication that i have to take regularly.

syndrome. i have classically restless legs at night, and crawling
sensations. but it is to such intensity that the surface muscles of my
calves jump and twitch. it looks like an electrical storm when you look at
my calves. That much has been going on for a year or so, now.

> What has been happening for the last couple of weeks now is major leg
and foot cramps almost every morning, during the early morning hours --
4-5-6 a.m. Dreadful way to wake up! ;) Kind of like a charlie horse in
the calf, but doesn't leave pain behind like a charlie horse does. and it
happens repeatedly every morning. about the time i manage to work it out
and drift off back to sleep, i get another one!
