Yes I have heard that it is possible to awaken the kundalini this
way. But when someone like Shri Anandi Ma or Swami Shivom Tirth gives
shaktipat it not only causes the kundalini to awaken but also causes
Yoga (union with god). Is it possible that you can achive this on
your own?
