I do understand what yourre saying Jason..... its in the energy of graititude and the appreciation of what we already have.
Thanks for your considered feedback.
The thing about not wanting anything means that we have nothing to aspire to. The feedback I get from people is that I'm not a zen buddhist, so why am I so calm and laid back... they ask Where is my passion? Where is my fire to go out there and fight for money, wome and material things?
I assist on a course that requires I go through a process first before being accepted to the group as an assistant.
I have to stand in front of the group and I am asked simply: "Whats working Charles" and then "Whats not working?"
The process is about being real. Its about coming from your heart and not your head. When the rest of the group "get you" then the process is complete.
I have always been able to find many things that are working.
In fact the way I always see it is that everything is working.
And the things that are not working are working.
Everything is perfect as it is.
But Ive been told that I had better find some things that are not working so that I have something to aspire to. Something to 'do'.
I'm told that my response is new age mumbo jumbo and comes from my head.
I dont think it is an intellectual concept, its just the truth.
So I have to decide what I want and then I can go about manifesting it.... so I'm told!
So I decided that I wanted more money so that I could pay off my debts and start living in credit and a partner that I could share my life with.
That is where my line of questioning came from.
Warmly
Charles

Or instead of wanting a new car, maybe I'll just clean the one I do have out,
and pretend it can drive farther than 20 feet wile eating cashews...Maybe
not, but I guess my own two feet mean much more to me than a piece of
machinery. I was lucky enough to not get into an accident when the engine
died on the highway along side of a diesel.

...Hope you see what I'm really saying...
