projections.. Not that you really want this but it feels as if you don't 
have as much shielding as most people drag around with them to stop 
themselves from being hurt and fighting off potential dangers (even if 
they attract those dangers to them)... Maybe at some level that you feel 
you have to take on this from others or something else nasty will happen 
to you.
 
If I had a choice I'd rather not have lots of shielding.... The only 
things I could suggest is carrying out protective rituals (this page has 
some information on this http://www.solarraven.com/Protection.html) and 
steering your empathy away from others who may hurt you... I let goddess 
be a guide on where to place my empathy when around others.... And let 
go of the idea that you have to be a virtual punch bag for others...
 
I went to a club last weekend with some old chums and picked up all 
sorts of weird stuff that I didn't really want... I had been drinking as 
well which didn't help.... Still not over everything yet - fallen back 
into having massive tiredness again.. which I thought I'd shaken some 
years ago...
