Hi Cat,

Yes I wrote that. Just another delusion to document.
They are everywhere. In fact, everything that I think
is some form of delusion.

Lately, a deluded sage has been urging me to
'Follow the energy flow'.

I don't know what that means.

Sounds like another version of
'Go with the flow' or 'Go with it'.
