Recently, everytime I meditate, I have this energy buildup in the skull.
The energy starts to sort of "knead" the brain. After a while, as the
'thought-storm-in-the-mind' calms dow, I begin hearing "popping" sounds,
centered on where I imagine the pituitary is. I alwyas thought they were
sinuses popping & never really associated with the pituitary, even though
there are no sinuses so deep inside the skull!

I am intrigued to see if the 'popping' sounds/ mind calming are similar to
this 'clicking' you guys are writing of?
