Hello! first I have to tell you I really enjoy your responses you are always so helpful and nice and knowledgeable :). Anyway I totally agree with you I know I fear fear itself and even know I am really working on releasing this and have actually come along ways I still have a ways to go but the panic attacks have really subsided I started increasing the fear when I felt it (cuz I read that in a book) and I pictured the fear as a color and wow I noticed that it was a way of dealing with the emotion and releasing it an easy way lol I know that must sound kind of funny but it really worked for me :). I had the panic attacks several years before K but the K def brought my fears up worse I think I was borderline if not I thought I was going to go crazy but I sure feel great now and what you said really made me feel better and is so true even though I dont have the panic attacks anymore I still get the fears. I will remember what you said when I am having these fears my whole life has been nothing but fear literally so you can imagine how much I have left to release buried inside me.

After my second "unsought" K experience, I too was having panic attacks. I
fought these for a couple of months with the help of plain old psychologist.
Neither of us had ever heard Kundalini and to this day she is unaware of what
I now know it was. But she did say one thing to me after I described what I
was feeling to her. She looked at me hard and said cautiously, "It sounds
like you have a 'fear of the fear' that something is wrong with you" I
stared dumbfounded for a moment and then burst out laughing. That's what it
was. I was too afraid even to look at my fear of what was happening. It
entered the realm of the irrational at that point and thus triggered my panic
attacks. They abated significantly after that day and in another month I was
free of them altogether.
