hi,
i have been experiencing these actual movements since late 1997,after a four
day cleansing fast of a water/fresh lemon/cayenne pepper & maple syrup drink.
i received a book in the mail that i hadn't ordered and this drink was in it.
i had been having sinus problems(or so i thought,it actually turned out to be
the start of detoxing)so i gave the drink a try. an 8 ounce glass every four
hours(mapel syrup was to keep blood sugar levels up).right after i was done
with this,the movements started. i knew it was kundalini and i started
reading gopi krishna's books,which i didn't find helpful since his
experiences were nothing like mine. his were very morbid for the most
part,mine were very blissful,exciting,energetic and actually opened me up
psychically in a huge way. my energy shifted and all worry and stress dropped
away. now i find no matter what i have to go through or deal with,i am always
centered and strong from the inside out due to the energy that i feel moving
in me all the time. mine is not occasionally,it is constant. it goes in a
cycle from my feet,with alot of movement in my thighs and first chakra right
up through my mouth area and back down,and sometimes up into the nasal
area,but not as intense.
this information has been useful. it gives me another avenue to research as
to what this is for and ways to increase and use it,if that's possible. it
kind of does it's own thing and is a little different everyday. i never know
what to expect,but i do know i wouldn't want to be without it.
