I found through trial and error already, that this is set up differently than the other groups I belong to. When I get personal e-mails from those groups, I just hit reply and start typing away and the reply message from me is automatically sent to the respective lists! In this list, if I do that...the reply gets sent to each person individually!
I had sent the reply to Cynthia originally to what I thought was going to the list but instead was sent directly to Cynthia. So if anyone gets at anytime a message from me in your PEM, unless I specify it was intentional...which I would do in such a case, I apologise in advance for any intrusions! I sent an apology to Cynthia privately after I realized what happened, and then sent a copy of what I had sent her to the list, as it was intended for All to see...
    In a bit...I'll send parts of my experience, probably in segments as it's kind of a difficult subject to contain within this two dimensional visual vortex of cyber-space.
In other words, it requires some translating in the process of communicating...and I wouldn't be able to do it all in one 'shot', in consideration of the current limitations!
