Welcome Cynthia,

Feeling energy in any chakra usually indicates you are doing some
housecleaning or healing there. As you move through your K experiences you
may notice energy moving in any chakra or even more than one at a time. Each
of us has a different path to walk based on our life experiences. Different
people will have different work to do on thier chakra systems. Allow the K
energy to do its work, sometimes it may create undesirable emotional residues
but these will pass shortly if you can be accepting of them and not let them
define your entire existence. Understand that they are for your higher good
even though they may seem nearly traumatic while they are occurring. In the
end, all will be well. Overall: Enjoy the ride. It's the adventure we were
meant to take! :^)
