Nice to meet.
I am a big advocate of the power of imagination and vision. It really is
powerful magic.

Find a picture of yourself at the weight you want to achieve. Meditate on
the picture until it is fixed in your mind. about 15 minutes twice a day if
you can find the time.

Once the pic is in your mind, crisp and clear, use whats in your head. Think
about it every spare minute you can find, at traffic lights, in elevators
etc. Also continue your meditation.

What you will begin to see happening is your eating habits and moving habits
will change quite naturally. Your 'god' self will begin to create what you
hold in your mind, so it reflects in your reality.

It is very important to lose the thoughts in your head the perpetuate what
you don't want. ie, 'I am 15 pounds over weight' I am fat' anything of the
sort. Your 'god' self will try just as hard to create that in your reality.

If you need to do the self talk thing, change it to the weight you want, ie,
'I am 130 pounds,' I like my weight.' whatever.

Hope this helps. You should notice a change in 30 to 60 days. Both in your
weight and how you feel.

Have the bestest.
