Namaste All,

  I just learned that some things that have been going on with me is
Kundalini. I began noticing some odd things after I had my second
attunement to Usui Reiki I think it was January 2002. First I noticed
at night I see auras/halos and energy around and coming from lights.
Nice effect too. And also during meditation something, some force
would kind of push me backwards.
  More recently I have been working with the Moment Method(TM).
During these I've begun to rock either forwards and back or from side
to side. It is very interesting. How I feel this force that makes me
move yet I am not intending to do this.
  I became quite ill about 4 years ago and haven't been able to work.
I don't believe I would have found this path if not for that, as I
believe is the case for many others. Through my whole life I have
felt confused and just never could understand what was going on. I've
never felt like I fit in anywhere.
  So that's a little about me. I haven't had time to get into the
files here but what I've seen so far there is a lot of information
and I will be diving into what is here. Thank you for listening and I
