Hello! I have just recently in the past 6 months learned to see the red, yellow and orange in auras and all I did was just practice I just started seeing the yellow one day and then with practice learned to see the red and orange hopefully more to come. As far as chakras I can feel them but not see them and I can see clear subtle energies so I think it is both a practiced thing and something that just happens cuz the clear energies I just realized one day that I had always seen them but had never really noticed what they were if that makes since :) As far as the learning that I have used to feel the chakras and see other energy I use a book called Hands Of Light A Guide to Healing Through the Human Energy Field by Barbara Ann Brennan it is very full of techniques. Also to see your aura I recommend starting out with a white piece of paper and hold your hand in front of it in a stream of light (outdoors expands your aura but a lamp will work fine) and look using your perifial vision untill you notice a layer any color around your hand against the paper most people start out seeing grey but any color is fine and just keep practicing and in no time you will be able to do it anywhere. :)

People on this list often talk about being able to see chakras or
their energies, i have never seen such thing myself. How do they do
that? Can someone please explain a bit about this, or at least link
me to some info online?
