Hi Roxanne - you said:

I too am trying (again) to get off the anti-depressants and am currently at
a low dose. The medication I was concerned about was a tranquilizer taken
for panic attacks. However, the electricity is gone at the moment and has
been for several nights now. Is this common for it to go away so quickly
after first appearance? I rather liked it, now that I know what is was
related to.....

- I really don't think one can make generalisations about it. It's
different for everyone. With regard to my experience of the electricity
side of things, it's ebbed and flowed in all kinds of ways over the years -
sometimes it even seemed to have gone for good for very long periods.
Funnily enough it's been in the last 2-3 years that I've been at my most
'electrical' - 21 years into this whole K shebang!!

I can only speak for myself - when I get intense bouts of electrical
activity there is a direct connection with the 'birthing' of new
psychological aspects coming up from the unconscious. It's like the whole
system is literally re-wiring itself in order to birth and assimilate the
new input. In my case it happens about I have a depressive breakdown (which
seems to be my psyche's way of 'forcing' growing on me, even when I think
I'm surrended to K and all that!!)

related, has been tickling around in the back of my brain. Any insights
from any one would be appreciated. "

Sorry I missed your original message - what kind of meds are you on?? It's
my experience that K floods and renews the system/mind in a very
'electrical' fashion following a long bout of illness (breakdown in my
case). I'm coming off anti-depressants mega dose at the moment. I think
it's unlikely to be a residual effect - but possibly part of a reaction to
liberation from possible suppression the meds may have been having on your
system.

Siska.
