Jason,

Don't know about colors or whatever but there are some mantras that might
help. Most folks in the West wouldn't want to do them because they take
time. Some, most really, of the time can come from time that would be lost,
like driving in a car, etc. but still it is effort. I'm managing some
personal problems with mantras now. I'm not the only one, I have a friend
who is doing very nicely with them.

The mantras need to be done in 30 day blocks and the number of reps per day
is measured in malas (beads of 108 per set). I do 6 to 30 malas a day
without any real problems. Most are done driving or on my walking workout.

If you are interested write me off list and I'll help you identify the
particular ones you need to focus on and provide a guide to pronouncing them
properly.

Whether you are intereted or not Good Luck.

Namaste,

Joe
