Why do we do this to one another...and most importantly why do we do this to
the body?......We have been pooping since the beginning of time?...Why must
we link everything to mysticism......I don't mean to sound harsh....but it's
those kinds of words up there that plug people up....The body knows what
it's
doing and rids itself of waste....No need to analyze it....Just be sure to
drink plenty of clear fluids...and make sure your electrolyte intake is
sufficient...and of course....if it doesn't subside...see your doctor....
