"I have experienced severe, sudden jolts of energy; enough to make me cry out in my sleep. Iam coming off of medication now for two weeks and originally thought that the vibrations of energy and body jerks were residual of that. Maybe not???? The possibility of the energy being K related, has been tickling around in the back of my brain. Any insights from any one would be appreciated. "

I find it funny that I would love to experience these Kundalini related body jerks and vibrations and mine has died down. I keep telling myself that it knows what I need and try to feel content with that. If I could get it going in a stronger manner again I would......I am lonely for it! Sue
