Hello!
While meditating tonight something really strange happened to me I was really trying to imagine my upper chest and throat blockages releasing cuz there are plenty of them when I felt this strange sudden electrical shock to in my throat it was like a ball of electricity and it really shocked me and afterwards it left me with a tickly feeling in my chin and it is still feeling strange there is so much warmth in that area now. But it was unlike any experience I have had usually I experience the warmth and moving up feeling and stuff but have never had the electricity shock feeling anyone have any input please it was amazing not so much that it felt good cuz actually it about chocked me but it was just so unusual that I would love to know more.
