Thanks for the insight and the assist to the list. It is nice to be here. It is also nice to know that the electricity is not drug related. I am now wondering if the medication has ben covering the zaps 'til now. Hmmm....Anyway, is nice to feel again.

 

Dear Wildewoman,Welcome to the K list! I've received this energy almost nightly for over 5 years. From your description I'd say it very likely K energy :)) It also makes me cry out on occasion. Occasionally they are electrical vibrations, and at least twice in the last week, I have experienced severe, sudden jolts of energy; enough to make me cry out in my sleep. Iam coming off of medication now for two weeks and originally thought that the vibrations of energy and body jerks were residual of that. Maybe not???? The possibility of the energy being K related, has been tickling around in the back of my brain. Any insights from any one would be appreciated.
