Subject: [K-list] RE: Group Awakenings

There are many ways to awaken the K. It could be done in a group, or alone.
A teacher/guru can also help you awaken the coiled serpent, but it is best
done with some mental preperation on your own. There are many good websites
available to increase your knowlege on the topic. No two K awakenings are
alike. I suggest visiting many of the websites and aquainting yourself with
other peoples experiences on the topic. Type in "Kundalini Awakenings" and
then just start down the list of websites. Let your intuition guide you. Be
aware this path may lead first through some emotional dramas for you, but
also know these are for your higher good. Keep faith and joy in mind and
the discomforts will pass and leave you much wiser. And don't let the fears
of others dissuade you if you are truly drawn by your spirit to this path.
