Indeed, welcome to "K" . The experiences you describe are all symptoms of
the Kundalini becoming active. The beauty of whats happening is obvious in
your words

It has been a long road for me as well as many others. I personally can
offer you very little advice because the experience is a very different
thing for each individual. But this much I will say and I think most here
will agree. Go with whatever energy comes. Don't fight it or try to
control. It is something that cannot truly be described by our language, it
just has to be experienced. And NEVER give in to fear.

I have experienced many of the "symptoms" you described and with each new
circumstance I learn something new. Sometimes these lessons come in strange
costume and it takes me a few days to straighten it out in my head. It is
almost a constant "growing"....as soon as I think I have it figured out, here
comes new information. I always have to be prepared now for a change in
thinking.
