There are many people besides this one, I am sure of it. If this one says
no, listen to his reasons for saying no and then revamp your business
proposal to go to the next guy. Look at it as a learning experience. :) He
can't destroy your dreams unless you give him that power. Keep working no
matter what happens, because if you keep working, *someone* will say yes. ;)
  Don't get cold feet now. :)
