I have read a good deal about kundalini experiences. It would seem this is
a great variety of differences. I have tried Sahaja Yoga and I do feel a
cool breeze at my crown chakra when I put my attention there. This is very
different from most other experiences I have read from people who have had
awakenings. I guess I am asking if in the groups opinion if the Sahaja is a
true kundalini experience or is it something else?
