Hiya Peeps,

  After 3 days of frustration trying to become a member
of some Yahoo orginization I am finally able to post.

  I am into still mind meditation with no formal teacher,
I get what info I have from online sources.
I am trying to awaken that ever stubborn serpent.. yes I know
its risky... but so is driving to work.

You will hear from me often as I will need advice and may even have
some to offer.
For now I am just saying hello as I am off to meditate. :P
