Do you understand what people mean when they put things in quotes?

I was describing an adjustment period in the beginning of my relationship
and how it made me grow. Thank you very much for your advice, but I needed
it much more years ago. My partner is the same person as years ago, but I
have grown from relating. I thought perhaps sharing my story might beh
elpful to someone else. I'm glad it was helpful to you.
