To me the following is what we all need to do to experience unconditional

person in front of you and decide to see that face. Look into their eyes

think: "I trust the truth within you." You can do this in the space of
two seconds, without them even knowing what you are doing. Just smile at

them a great gift. They will feel the energy in your gaze, and that
energy will return to bless you as well. And that is
the key-you cannot give anything to anyone without receiving it
