Can you remember what life was like
 before you had to learn to think ..

Can you remember what life was like
 before you had to think like you were told ..

Can you remember
 the sights, tastes, smells and feelings of life -
  before you learned what words were ..

Did life exist for the child before words .. ?
Who did the child have to learn words for
    in order to communicate with them ..

Is it possible that it was only the adults
 that needed the child to speak
 because they had forgotten how to communicate
  - without words ..

When you look at a child,
 what does the child communicate through its laughter and its tears
 what does the child communicate when it looks you in the eye ..

Do you need words to understand ..

or does the child's presence invoke such a strong reaction from you
because you remember how you were shut down ..

that you have to do the same to every succeeding child ..
 including your own inner child -
 every time it comes to you in the silence -
 beyond the mind -
 
 as your own "still small voice within"

Does not your own inner child deserve the respect
 of the responsible adult you are becoming -

or do you need to repeat the patterns of repression
with all of your self censoring thoughts ..

 by admonishing it - just as you were -
  to try a little bit harder ..

This Easter - the words were

 "Except as ye become as little children
  ye cannot enter the Kingdom"

The crucifixion of the Mind allows the resurrection of the
Innocence as the stones of words are rolled away from the cave of
the Heart and at-one-ment is found with the essence of All-That-Is

Then, in the "Upper Room" all of the disciples of the mind will
meet and, eventually find peace in the presence of the Risen Heart.

 [ the word father is transliterated from the Hebrew <ab>
   which correctly transliterates as "source" or "essence"
   in the masculine as opposed to <em> which is the
   earthly feminine source - but has nothing to do with gender ]
