Doesn't always come with a rising naturally. The emotions that are released
with K's movements can make you hate the bastards even more just as easily.

For those who are interested there is a practice, a form of Japanese
psychotherapy, called Naikan that develops the ability to love the people
who have hurt you. You can read about it in some of the books by David
Reynolds (think that is his first name, last name is right) or from books
and lessons, including a internet distance learning program from the ToDo
Institute (pronounced toe doe, not to do, can't make accent marks here).

Very short version of how it works is you sit in a quite place and list
those things that that person has done for you. Their good points, etc. But
if you are interested you should check out one of those sources to get
better information.

Namaste,

Joe
