Hi. I've been reading this group for a few months now. Guess I was
too shy to say anything.

I must say my experiences with K have been lifechanging and I am
realizing dreams that I never thought possible. I feel much more
centered, focused, and joyful though several of my experiences were
not comfortable, the last one being most painful. What an adventure
I am on.

Thanks for all of you who have shared what your experience is like.
It has left me feeling more sane with all the oddity of this gift.
