I enjoyed this article very much, but it is rather long. He does touch on a
great deal of good information though.

I would also like to comment on Mystresses reply to Rhianna. I am in 100%
agreement. Surrender to the energies, they won't leave you hanging somewhere
in a void. It is these very energies and physiological effectsI am trying to
extend and power up myself. It takes me a couple of DAYS meditating to get
there. Rhianna, I would like it very much if I were experiencing them
spontaneously as you are. Trust in your own power. The only power of fear
is to make you fear, which is merely standing in your own way.
