Rhianna, I have the stiff, painful neck and some eye problems, and
sometimes my arms get weak. My right leg is usually goes numb when
I "nap," and I frequently wake up with my body vibrating. I have a
lot of twitching and frequently experience an intense need to move my
legs when I'm sitting or trying to sleep. Lately I have started to
have this in my arms, too.

I guess I have gotten used to all of this because I mostly just try
to ignore it or deal with it in whatever way necessary, and carry on;
they're not happening non-stop, so I do get a break from them.

What do you mean by "light experience?"
