Greetings,

This is my first post so forgive me if I strike on an issue that has been
"well-discussed and a conclusion drawn.

I would like to comment on all the Fear stuff that has to do with K. I had my
own bout with fear as I studied kriya yoga in the beginning. My K is not
awake full time but I have had several instances where it popped up and I had
to deal with it. Please be aware that the only power of fear is to "Make You
Fear". K is not about control, K is about surrender to a higher power. In
my experience, that power will never leave you hanging. It's here because we
need to learn or remember. When I meditate I get visions, sometimes I don't
understand them right away. So I have to make time for cognizing what I have
seen. I take time for myself just to sit and think. It's always a good
lesson in the end, even if it has a fearful face in the beginning. I bare
that in mind now when I sit down to meditate, I prepare myself to see
something fearful because I know it is for my own good. Going in with this
attitude helps me facilitate the process.

I hope this is helpful to someone.

If anyone could help me move my K from part time to full time I would be very
appreciative. I have had 2nd lvl Reiki attunements, I think this has really
been helpful in my process.
