Hi everyone!
I just joined the group, and have read messages for a few days. I
just understood that what I have experienced is a kundalini
awakening. It has been a very tough experience, and has changed my
life. Nothing seems to be like before, like ex my social abilities,
memory, consentration... Life is easier now, this happened about 1
1/2 years ago. I haven't understood what it was untill now. And now
it scares me. I stopped all contact with spiritual things in my life
after the experience, but now I feel the need to bring spirituality
back into my life again. But - it is scary... everything is so much
stronger now. And I am scared... what if I start the prosess all over
again? Is that possible.. to have the same terrible experience again?
How do I live with this kundalini energy in me? I am very happy if
someone can answer me, or perhaps share with me how you do it?
