Today my "K" is swirling everywhere. I heard it all night in my ear and head......beat, beat, beating away like a soft little drumming. Today there is more of it everywhere, up and down my body. It feels ok......but I feel more tired than usual and possibly even a little down or mildly depressed. Anyone have some experience with this they can share with me? Can I get the "K" to explode out my crown chakra instead of it just sitting in my head......and if so how? Love & Light Sue
